At Kate Gates Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging.

  • To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund once the damaged piece(s) are shipped back to us. 


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return label shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If the item is damaged upon delivery, please reach out within 7 days to receive a pre-paid return label and we will work on refunding upon delivery.

International Orders

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
